Urban Alley Brewery is set to be the most recognised craft brewery in Melbourne. We don’t believe that craft beer needs to come from Byron, WA or even Abbotsford for it to be awesome. We think the best things have always been closer to home. We are the brand that feeds into a community, not off it.
“We want out beer to be accessible to as many people as possible, so we make a lot of our beers Ultra Low Gluten. The lab results report that the gluten content is below ten parts per million, which is amazing because we’re still getting the flavours we want out of the beer as well as providing the option for gluten intolerant people. We’re also proud to be Kosher Certified, this has the added bonus of also making all of our products vegan. We want everyone to be able to enjoy our beer and this is one more step in that direction.”
