And with our November release, we’ve delivered just that. A hazy New York style NEIPA, inspired by the modern Hazy IPA’s of Brooklyn, New York, where EVERYTHING gets dialled up to 11. Plenty of hops, plenty of juiciness, plenty of personality, and plenty of oomph.
Bold, Oaky, and Intense 9.9%
Aged 2 months in bourbon barrels; strong notes of oak, alcohol, vanilla and sweet red malts. This beer opens up a world of sensory experience to the drinker. Heavy alcohol without harshness, very fruity, very bitter. 2019 edition. Can be cellared for up to 5 years. Recommended to be enjoyed slowly in a snifter or cognac glass.
