A collaboration with our friends Queenscliff Distillery. We double-distilled 100 kegs of various beers from the 2020 lockdown. On the 3rd distillation, Juniper, coriander and Angelica was added. The strong juniper compliments the malt and hops background. A different style gin with a raspberry finish.

ABV 45% – 500 ml

ABV Primary Botanicals:
Juniper

Secondary Botanicals:
Coriander, Angelica

Nose:
Malted barley, raspberry, hops, fresh bread and jam.
