A refreshing, malt-forward ale that highlights the caramel, toffee and chocolate notes inherent in darker malts. English hops provide just enough floral and herbal aromas to support the malt character. Reassuring with a gentle finish, this classic light bodied dark ale is smooth and easy to drink.

Barrel Aged Tart Saison with Eclipse Spectrum 5.2%.
This tart saison has been hopped in barrel twice using Eclipse Spectrum. Eclipse is the newest variety of hop to come out of Australia and displays gorgeous mandarin aromas and flavours. Spectrum is a new way of processing hops into a liquid form for coldside additions. Eclipse Spectrum has a wealth of delicate fruit and floral flavours that balance really nicely with this mellow and complex saison.

A curiously aromatic sour ale, whirlpooled with Amarillo hops and dosed heavily with mango and passionfruit for its secondary fermentation. Now even more attractive, with 5.0% ABV and an eye catching new design. A fresh & sour hit of Mango & Passionfruit, perfectly balanced as all things should be.
